How can I track the progress of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email at each stage:

- Order confirmation

- In preparation

- Shipped with La Poste tracking number

 

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

A confirmation email is sent automatically after each order.

If you have not received it, it may be that :

- The email is in your Spam box

- The email address you entered when ordering is not correct. Write to us at sav@binocle.com, we'll correct it and send you the emails you should have received.

 

How can I change, exchange or cancel my order?

Contact our customer service department at sos@binocle.com.

 

What are the warranty conditions?

Your pair of BINOCLE is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Unauthorized use of your BINOCLE lenses or the fitting of lenses of other brands (except BINOCLE corrective lenses) will invalidate the warranty. The warranty does not cover scratches on lenses. After analysis, if we find that the defect falls within the scope of the warranty, we will repair or exchange the defective part.

Do the warranty conditions apply to Binocle products purchased from a reseller?

Yes, your BINOCLE pair is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original invoice issued by the authorized BINOCLE dealer.

 

What should I do if my lenses are damaged?

In some cases, the glasses may be damaged during transport. In such cases, please contact our after-sales service at sos@binocle.com. We will analyze the product to see if it can be placed under warranty.

 

I have a problem with the lenses of my glasses?

In this case, you have two options. You can send us an e-mail to sos@binocle.com and then return your pair to us. Alternatively, you can visit an optician, who in most cases offers this service free of charge.

 

How do I mount my Binocle Extreme ?

It's very easy to fit, just clip the temples onto the small end caps at each end. Then you can clip on the lenses by pressing hard on them (don't worry, they're unbreakable!). And that's it, your Binocle is assembled!

 

What does the lifetime warranty on Binocle Extreme?

The frames of these sunglasses are made of polycarbonate, an ultra-flexible material that is impossible to break. This warranty does not cover lenses.

 

What are the return or exchange conditions?

The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories, and unused.                                           

  As far as possible, they should be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been opened.

 

How long does it take to return or exchange my product?

In accordance with article L.121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Binocle Eyewear increases this period to 30 days, with free return shipping if a request is made in advance via the "contact us" tab. Returns must be made at the "lettre suivie" rate for Metropolitan France/Dom-Tom and "lettre prioritaire" for the rest of the world. We will only reimburse up to the current rates for these shipping methods. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems at: sos@binocle.com

 

How do I return or exchange my item?

Returning a product is very simple:

In Metropolitan France :

1. Make a request to our after-sales service in the "Contact us" section at the top right. 

2. Put your Binocle back in the original bubble envelope.

3. Fill in the return form that will be sent to you and insert it in the envelope.

4. Stick the pre-stamped T label on the envelope.

5. Deposit your envelope in a La Poste letterbox.

6. The returned product will be analyzed for refund or exchange.

DOM/TOM & Foreign countries :

1. Make an after-sales service request in the "Contact us" section at the top right. 

2. Put your Binocle back in the original bubble envelope.

3. Fill in the return form that will be sent to you and insert it in the envelope.

4. Stamp the envelope:

Postage from DOMTOM : 

For one pair of Binocle, the return must be made only at the tariff followed letter 100g (2.64€)  

For 2 or 3 pairs of Binocle, the return must be made only at the tariff followed letter 250g (4,42€)  

Postage from EUROPE & Rest of World : 

For one pair of Binocles, the return must be made only at the priority letter rate without tracking 100g. 

For 2 or 3 pairs of Binocles, return postage should only be charged at the 250g untracked priority letter rate.  

If your postage does not meet these criteria, please contact us.

 

When will I get my money back?

Your refund will be processed within 2 working days.

 

What are the shipping costs?

We apply different delivery charges:

- 4.50€ in Metropolitan France

- 7€ to French overseas departments and territories and worldwide

Free delivery for orders over 50€.

 

How long does it take to get my Binocle?

Binocle are delivered anywhere in the world!

For delivery :

- Metropolitan France: 1 to 3 working days

- DOM TOM & EUROPE : 3 to 7 working days

- Rest of the world: 7 to 21 working days

All items in stock are dispatched within 24/48 hours. In all other cases, availability is specified on the product sheet.

All delivery times are calculated in working days. These are average lead times, corresponding to the time required to process, prepare and dispatch your order. To this must be added the carrier's delivery time.

 

What modes of transport are available?

We offer tracked letter delivery managed by La Poste.

 

Which countries can I ship to?

You can have your order delivered anywhere in the world.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay :

- by credit card (if available) via the CIC 3DSECURE module (visa/mastercard)

- by bank transfer

 

 

When is payment collected?

Payment is made on a secure virtual TPL. It is then cashed when you place your order, just like when you go shopping.

 

Are Binocle sunglasses certified?

Yes, Binocle Eyewear sunglasses are for general use, manufactured in accordance with the basic requirement established by Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and its annexes, conforming to EN ISO 12312-1: 2013 / A1: 2015. The lenses are polarized with a category 3 UV400 filter that provide good UV protection NOT SUITABLE FOR NIGHT OR NIGHTTIME DRIVING. Is it possible to try the product before buying it?

Yes, you can test our virtual fitting app available on Apple Store and Google Play

 

Are Binocles really virtually unbreakable?

This is also true of Binocle frames made of polycarbonate, such as Original, Daytona and Little.

 

How are reviews managed on the site?

All our reviews are managed by the certified review aggregator Avis Vérifiés. A review request is sent to you 7 days after your order has been placed. We ask you for your opinion on your experience on our store as well as an opinion on the product(s) you have purchased.

 

Where can I find Binocles in stores?

Yes, you can find our Binocles at retailers all over the world

 

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

You don't have to register, you can use the "guest account" to enter your delivery information without necessarily creating a customer account.

 

How do I use my gift card?

Simply place your order as usual, then add the code located on the voucher you receive by email.

 

Can I combine several promo codes?

It is not possible to combine two coupon codes.
