What level of filtration should I choose?

• 30% filtration: 30% clear lenses are frequently used for everyday wear, while being moderate with screens. They reduce the impact of blue light on the eyes, while preserving natural colour vision.
  
  
• 60% filtration: 60% yellow lenses are mainly used for intensive screen use (video games, work, etc.) or for night-time driving. After a tiring day, the eyes are more exposed to artificial light at night.
