Shelby Matt Silver - Gr

Inspired by the 24 hours of Le Mans circuit and its history, this model also honors the American driver Caroll Shelby. Known for his great fight against the Ferrari team, he won many races, including 17 in one year. We also love him for his crazy ideas, one of which is to race with a car equipped with a wooden chassis that wins hands down! It's a real hero's scope in fact!

Designed in partnership with the 24h of Le Mans team, the Shelby becomes the official sunglasses of the circuit. Embellished with its logo, you will be able to try it in the concept stores of the circuit and during the festivities.

The Shelby is a sunglass that fits both male and female faces. As part of our Iconic collection, they are finished to a higher standard to give you a more qualitative product. These glasses have a pilot shape which brings at the same time a very casual side and a very chic style.  With the Shelby, you will bring a touch of character to your look. 

The selection of all our materials is a key step in the design of our glasses. We always want to offer affordable products without compromising their quality. The Shelby is made of stainless steel, giving the frame rigidity and durability.

The top bar is hammered to give it a vintage feel. You could almost think that this effect represents the texture of a tire.

You can find small finishing touches like a "Le Mans" engraving on both ends of the bezel. The engraving is done with a laser for an undeniable precision and a great resistance. A small metal circuit is also incorporated on the tip of the spatula.

On the Shelby, we find CR39 lenses that are as transparent as mineral lenses. They filter UV even more than mineral lenses (95% as opposed to 85%).

This model has category 3 lenses which is the recommended protection index for daily sunlight. This is the maximum authorized for driving. 

All of our lenses meet the European UV400 standard, which ensures that our lenses provide 100% protection against UVA and UVB (UV rays that are harmful to the eyes).

In addition to being beautiful, they are super comfortable! A polarizing filter is applied to the lenses to reduce the effects of reverberation. You know when you can't see anything because of puddles on the road or because of the car in front of you? Well you can say goodbye to that problem!

The Shelby has an anti-reflective coating. It comes in handy when the sun is behind us or to the side. In fact, it simply prevents you from seeing yourself in your own glasses.
